These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and s98game. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the s98game platform. All monetary values on s98game are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

s98game may request identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when accounts exceed cumulative withdrawal thresholds. Required documentation typically includes a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may include proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in account suspension and possible closure.
2.4 Accurate Information
All information provided during registration and subsequently must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. s98game is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you, including delays in withdrawal processing caused by mismatched account details.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To use s98game, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid mobile number, email address and creating a secure password. You confirm at registration that you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2. s98game may decline any registration without providing a reason.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s98game login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. s98game will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact s98game support immediately via live chat or email at support@s98game.biz.
3.3 Shared Devices
If you access s98game from a shared or public device, you must log out after each session. s98game is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to secure your login credentials or log out properly.
3.4 Account Currency
All s98game accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no internal currency conversion at any point. The PKR balance displayed in your account is your actual balance with no hidden adjustments, exchange rate deductions or platform fee deductions applied to the principal balance.
4. Deposits
4.1 Accepted Methods
s98game accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted without prior written authorisation from s98game.
4.2 Minimum Deposits
- Easypaisa and JazzCash: Rs 200 minimum
- NayaPay and SadaPay: Rs 500 minimum
- Bank IBFT and card: Rs 1,000 minimum
4.3 Deposit Processing
Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your s98game wallet within seconds to one minute of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank IBFT transfers may take 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the sending bank's processing times. Card deposits typically clear within 1 to 10 minutes. s98game charges no fee on any deposit. Your payment provider may apply its own standard transaction fees, for which s98game takes no responsibility.
4.4 Failed Deposits
If a deposit deducts from your payment method but does not appear in your s98game wallet within the expected processing window, contact support with the transaction reference number from your payment app. s98game will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours.
s98game does not store your full payment card details. Card transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your financial data is encrypted at all stages of the transaction.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawals are available to verified accounts with a positive real-money balance. Any active bonus balance that is subject to wagering requirements must be met before the bonus portion of your balance can be withdrawn. Rakeback balances carry no wagering requirements and are immediately withdrawable once credited.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawals

5.3 Processing Times
s98game processes withdrawal requests in batches throughout the day. Requests submitted before 10:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time are processed the same day. Requests after 10:00 PM are processed the following morning. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 1 to 2 hours of processing. NayaPay and SadaPay within 2 to 4 hours. Bank IBFT transfers clear within the same business day for early requests. Card withdrawals follow bank clearing timelines of 1 to 3 business days.
5.4 Same-Method Policy
s98game processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal requests by third parties. If your original deposit method is unavailable, contact support to arrange an alternative withdrawal route subject to additional verification.
5.5 Withdrawal Verification
s98game may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including for accounts where cumulative withdrawals exceed Rs 5,00,000, where unusual activity has been detected, or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification. Requested documentation must be provided within 14 calendar days.
5.6 Declined Withdrawals
s98game reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal request cannot be matched to the depositing payment method for security reasons. In all cases, the player will be notified of the reason for the decline and given an opportunity to respond.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Eligibility
Bonuses and promotional offers on s98game are available to eligible registered players. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method. s98game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, but will honour bonuses already credited to player accounts.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Most deposit bonuses on s98game carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer. Rakeback credited through the VIP Club carries zero wagering requirements and is immediately withdrawable.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
s98game prohibits bonus abuse in all its forms. This includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, making deposit and withdrawal patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine play, using bonus funds exclusively on games that are excluded or restricted under the promotion's terms, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.
6.4 VIP Club Bonuses
VIP Club benefits including rakeback, monthly bonuses, birthday bonuses and event-specific promotions are governed by the VIP Club terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the VIP Club terms and these general Terms, these general Terms take precedence.
6.5 Expiry
Bonus balances that have not been wagered within the period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account. Cash balance is not affected by bonus expiry. Players are not compensated for expired bonus balances.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 General Bet Placement
Bets placed on s98game are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that the bet details — amount, selection, market — are correct before confirming. s98game does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred on the platform's side.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market and your VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. VIP members at Gold tier and above have elevated maximum stake limits as determined by their tier and arranged through their account manager.
7.3 PSL and Sports Betting
PSL cricket betting and all other sports markets on s98game are governed by standard sports betting rules applicable to each event type. In the event of a match abandonment, suspension or result reversal by the governing body, s98game will settle bets in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant cricket or sports authority. Live in-play bets accepted after a relevant event (e.g., a wicket that has already fallen) are void.
7.4 Live Casino and Table Games
Live casino games on s98game are provided through certified game providers. Game results are determined by the game provider's certified random number generation systems or live dealer procedures. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round will be settled based on the outcome of that round. s98game is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
7.5 Aviator and Crash Games
Aviator is a provably fair crash game. Each round's outcome is determined by a certified algorithm and can be independently verified using the provably fair verification tool available on the Aviator game interface. Bets cashed out before the plane flies away are settled at the multiplier at the moment of cash-out. Bets not cashed out before the crash are lost.
7.6 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error affecting a game round or bet settlement, s98game reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player. s98game will not honour payouts resulting from technical errors that produce outcomes that would not have been possible under the normal operation of the game.
8. Responsible Gaming
s98game is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings and can be activated without contacting support.
Self-exclusion options range from 24-hour cooling-off periods to permanent account closure. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be shortened. Players who have self-excluded will not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period. s98game reserves the right to extend a self-exclusion period if it believes the player may be at risk.

s98game does not extend credit to players. All bets must be placed using real-money or bonus balances within the account. s98game will not accept any payment that results in a negative account balance.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on s98game and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and possible reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account
- Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification
- Using funds derived from criminal activity to deposit or wager on s98game
- Money laundering, structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade detection, or facilitating financial crime through the platform
- Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting technical errors or software glitches for gain without reporting them to s98game support
- Abusing bonus or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
- Harassing, threatening or abusing s98game staff or other players through any communication channel
- Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location
s98game cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct is identified, all relevant information including account details, transaction records and communication logs may be shared with the appropriate authorities.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on s98game — including but not limited to the s98game brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio and video elements — is the property of s98game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from s98game without prior written permission from s98game. Linking to the s98game homepage from a personal, non-commercial website is permitted provided it is done in a manner that is fair, legal and does not damage or take advantage of the s98game reputation.
The s98game name and logo may not be used in any way that implies association, endorsement or sponsorship without prior written consent from s98game.
11. Privacy and Data
s98game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using s98game, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
s98game uses your personal data for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. s98game does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data subject to s98game's legal obligations (including AML record-keeping requirements which may require retention for a minimum period). 12. Account Suspension and Closure
12.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your s98game account at any time by contacting support@s98game.biz. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
12.2 Suspension by s98game
s98game may suspend or close your account at any time and without prior notice if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if s98game has reason to believe your account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity, if your account is associated with fraudulent payment activity, or if your continued use of the platform poses a risk to s98game or other users.
12.3 Balances on Closure
Where s98game closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the balance and any pending winnings may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is initiated by the player or by s98game for reasons unrelated to a breach (such as market exit), the real-money balance will be returned in full. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of voluntary closure or breach-related closure.
13. Limitation of Liability
s98game provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While s98game takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
s98game's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in your account at the time of any claim. s98game is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption or loss of opportunity.
s98game is not liable for losses arising from: circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events); your failure to comply with these Terms; errors in information provided by you; or decisions you make based on information provided on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Amendments to These Terms
s98game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, s98game will notify registered users by email or by displaying a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law, regulation or to address a security or fraud risk.
Your continued use of s98game after any change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the changes. You will not be penalised for closing your account because you disagree with revised Terms.
